Sandy MacDonald and the Bier Nutz, winner of the 2018 Ein Prosit Oktoberfest Small band of the Year is a traditional four piece folk band that also plays upbeat classic rock and featuring a traditional Octoberfest menu with Singhampton flavours prepared by locally acclaimed Chefs. Jerry Barber who holds the line at his son, Chef Andrew Barber's restaurant, The Mill Cafe in Thornbury and who prior toured the North America BBQ circuit winning competitions with the Rusty's at Blue team will be available between 5:30PM and 6:30PM to answer your smoke and BBQ questions. So, come early, sip a lager and shoot him your best grill questions. Every guest will get their own 'one of kind' beer stein, to drink out of, swap or trade. Local meat and produce has been provided by the Mitchel Family Farm in Mulmer, George Wilson of DelMar Farms in Singhampton and Stayner Meats. Of special interest, the meats were selected by world-class chef and terrior visionary, Michael Stadtlander. Michael has been a friend of the Festival for many years and he will be joining us on Saturday!

Silent Auction! The items will be perfect for your own bar, she-shed or man-cave. Support the Tall Small Hall raise money for on-going maintenance and special projects.
Meat Draw! Jerry Barber has selected over $450 worth of meat, plus half-pig.
Raffle tickets will be available during the Festival and from any Singhampton Community Centre volunteer.
